This article explores the current trends and challenges that shape the interaction between language, culture, and literature in a multicultural world. As globalization
deepens, linguistic and cultural hybridity have become defining features of modern
communication and creativity. The study employs a qualitative analytical approach based on a review of recent academic research, literary works, and educational practices. Findings indicate that multiculturalism encourages new pedagogical models such as translanguaging and intercultural competence, fosters hybrid literary forms that question identity and belonging, and raises ethical challenges in translation and representation. The discussion emphasizes the need for critical intercultural awareness, inclusive curricula, and ethical translation practices to ensure balanced cultural exchange. The paper concludes that the integration of multicultural perspectives in education and literature contributes to empathy, tolerance, and global
citizenship in the 21st century.
