The article analyzes the development of energy terminology in English and Uzbek. It examines how scientific and technical terms are formed, borrowed, and standardized
in both languages. The study highlights lexical-semantic differences, translation strategies, and the influence of Russian and English on Uzbek energy terminology. The findings show that Uzbek has sufficient linguistic resources to create modern, internationally consistent energy terms.
